HYDRAULIC CYLINDER REPAIR
CYLINDERS REBUILT TO SPEC.
Reseals in about 48 hours. Full rebuilds with rod repair and re-chroming. Every cylinder bench-tested to rated pressure before it goes back on your machine.
WHAT WE DO
RESEALED, ROD-FIXED, OR FULLY REBUILT
We tell you straight which one your cylinder needs before we turn a wrench — no surprise quotes after teardown.
CYLINDER RESEALS
In and out in about 48 hours
Full teardown, gland and piston seal replacement, and bench testing to rated pressure. The fastest way to stop a weeping or drifting cylinder.
ROD REPAIR & RE-CHROMING
Straight, ground, and hard-chromed
Scored, bent, or pitted rods get straightened, machined, and re-chromed to spec — because a new rod alone often costs more than a whole rebuild.
FULL REBUILDS
Every wear part replaced
Barrels honed, rods repaired or replaced, glands re-bushed, and every seal, o-ring, and wear band renewed. Built back to OEM spec or better.
PRESSURE & BENCH TESTING
Tested before it leaves
Every cylinder is stroked and held at rated pressure on our test bench. If it doesn't hold, it doesn't ship — it comes back to the bench.
HOW IT WORKS
FROM DROP-OFF TO BACK ON THE MACHINE
Teardown & straight answer
We open it up, measure everything, and tell you straight whether it's a reseal or a rebuild — with the quote, before we start.
Machine & reseal
Barrels honed, rods straightened and re-chromed, seals pressed. House stock keeps common kits on the shelf so we don't wait on parts.
Bench test & return
Stroked and held at rated pressure on the test bench. Pass, and it's ready for pickup or delivery back to your site.
REBUILD VS. REPLACE
REBUILDING BEATS BUYING NEW
A new OEM cylinder can cost two to three times a quality rebuild — if it's even in stock. Rebuilt, your cylinder comes back to original spec with new seals and a serviced rod, usually in days instead of the weeks a new unit can take.
We've rebuilt cylinders for excavators, loaders, cranes, presses, and refuse equipment across the metro. Brand doesn't matter — spec does. If we can't restore it, we tell you straight before you spend a dollar.
- 48-hour typical reseal turnaround
