HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS
CYLINDERS REBUILT TO SPEC.
Leaking seals, bent rods, scored bores — we've seen it all and fixed it all. We tear down, measure, machine, and reassemble cylinders to OEM tolerances. If the rod is damaged, we re-chrome and grind it back to spec. Every rebuild gets pressure-tested before it leaves the shop.

FIELD SERVICE
WE COME TO THE MACHINE.
When the machine can't come to us, we go to it. Our service trucks carry hoses, fittings, tools, and a crane — everything needed to diagnose and fix most hydraulic failures on-site. We cover a 60-mile radius out of Lombard and take emergency calls.

CNC Lathe Machining
Precision turning for rods, pistons, and custom components to tight tolerances.
Rod Re-Chroming
Worn or pitted rods are built back up, re-chromed, and ground to OEM diameter.
Bore Honing
Scored or out-of-round cylinder bores are honed back to a clean, sealing surface.
Pressure Testing
Every rebuilt cylinder is pressure-tested to spec before it leaves the shop.
Seal & Parts Sourcing
We stock seals for hundreds of cylinder makes and can source hard-to-find kits fast.
